Through meetings, vendor fairs, sponsors, and the International Organization, it's all here and it starts with your membership. DAMA COC - Membership Information DAMA COC membership has much to offer you and your organization. We have quarterly meetings with presentations by leaders in Data and Information Management. DAMA COC also provides networking opportunities, vendor fairs, and business meetings. Our web site provides valuable information from past presentations as well as information about upcoming events. DAMA COC Membership includes you in the International Data Management Association, DAMA International. Do you know where the thought leaders of data and information resource management are? Membership categories are: Individual and Corporate. These are further defined below. This information is also in the current DAMA COC membership form. Membership Category Description Fee Corporate Membership(6-10) Corporate - A membership that is for a number of persons from the same corporation or organization. There is a fee scale that shows the number of allowed members based on fee (see below). One of these persons is identified as a contact person for the corporation or organization. Should one of the members leave the corporation or organization, a replacement may be made through the contact person at no additional cost. Should the corporation or organization be bought or sold the membership then transfers to the new corporation or organization. Additional persons who are from the corporation or organization may become a member at the reduced fee indicated. There are no refunds. Annual cost is based on the number of members purchased shown in the table below. Corporate Membership(11-15) Corporate - A membership that is for a number of persons from the same corporation or organization. There is a fee scale that shows the number of allowed members based on fee (see below). One of these persons is identified as a contact person for the corporation or organization. Should one of the members leave the corporation or organization, a replacement may be made through the contact person at no additional cost. Individual Member Individual Member - A membership for one person, not related to an organization or other corporate membership. Not transferable. There are no refunds. $80.00 for one calendar year based on purchase date. Student Member Student Member - A membership for one student actively enrolled in any college or university - to include associates, bachelors, masters, doctoral. A copy of a valid student id will be required with the membership application. Not transferable. $45.00 for one calendar year based on purchase date. Corporate Membership(1-5) Corporate - A membership that is for a number of persons from the same corporation or organization. There is a fee scale that shows the number of allowed members based on fee (see below). One of these persons is identified as a contact person for the corporation or organization. Should one of the members leave the corporation or organization, a replacement may be made through the contact person at no additional cost. Should the corporation or organization be bought or sold the membership then transfers to the new corporation or organization. DAMA COC - SWOC Partnership DAMA COC has established an reciprocal member agreement with the Southwest Ohio DAMA Chapter. This means members of both chapters can attend meetings of either chapter, at the same cost (if any) as local members. As a member you have the opportunity to attend events of both chapters, at the price of one membership fee. Members of each chapter will receive announcements for both DAMA COC and DAMA SWOC meetings and events.
