DAMA COC - Sponsorship Information and Form
Sponsorship of the Central Ohio Chapter of DAMA comes in all shapes and sizes. There are four levels of financial sponsorship: Platinum, Gold, Silver and General, that are described in the table below. These levels allow a broad array of organizations and individuals with varied interests to sponsor us. Our sponsors range from individuals to large corporations. Sponsoring DAMA COC is tax deductible and a great way to further data and information resource management. Sponsorship level information is shown in detail in the table below. Simply decide your level of sponsorship, fill out our sponsorship form and mail it, along with your check made out to DAMA COC, to the postal address provided on the form, or bring the form to our next DAMA COC meeting.

DAMA COC - Sponsorship Levels
Below is a listing of the financial sponsorship levels. Remember that sponsoring DAMA COC is tax deductible. Whatever level of sponsorship you choose we greatly appreciate your sponsorship.

| Platinum Level |
A sponsorship that entitles the sponsor to the benefits listed below. It is transferable, should a corporation or organization be bought or sold. It is valid for a time period of one calendar year from calendar date of sponsorship (or contribution). There are no refunds.
At each quarterly chapter meeting, our platinum sponsors will be recognized by name. An image of no more than 120 x 80 pixels or text covering a similar area representing the sponsor will be placed in the footer on each standard page of the DAMA COC's web site.
An image of no more than 120 x 80 pixels or text covering a similar area representing the sponsor will be placed on a special web page that recognizes DAMA COC's sponsors. This will indicate the sponsor as a platinum level sponsor.
Each general meeting announcement made by email notification will include a text line at the footer of the email recognizing or thanking DAMA COC's platinum level sponsors by name.
Once a year, notification by email will be sent out to the DAMA COC membership recognizing and expressing thanks for our sponsors and identifying the sponsor by name and their level of sponsorship.
Sponsors providing identification are welcome to attend DAMA COC meetings at no cost. |

A sponsorship that entitles the sponsor to the benefits listed below. It is transferable, should a corporation or organization be bought or sold. It is valid for a time period of one calendar year from calendar date of sponsorship (or contribution). There are no refunds.
An image of no more than 120 x 80 pixels or text covering a similar area representing the sponsor will be placed on a special web page that indicates DAMA COC's sponsors. This will indicate the sponsor as a gold level sponsor.
Once a year, notification by email will be sent out to the DAMA COC membership recognizing and expressing thanks for our sponsorship and identifying the sponsor by name and their level of sponsorship.

$600 The sponsoring organization is also eligible for a 10% discount on a corporate membership. |

A sponsorship that entitles the sponsor to the benefits listed below. It is transferable, should a corporation or organization be bought or sold. It is valid for a time period of one calendar year from calendar date of sponsorship (or contribution). There are no refunds.
An image of no more than 120 x 80 pixels or text covering a similar area representing the sponsor will be placed on a special web page that indicates DAMA COC's sponsors. This will indicate the sponsor as a silver level sponsor.
Once a year, notification by email will be sent out to the DAMA COC membership recognizing and expressing thanks for our sponsorship and identifying the sponsor by name and their level of sponsorship.

A sponsorship of any amount that shows an individual, corporation or organization is concerned about data and information management and supports DAMA COC. There are no marketing benefits associated with this sponsorship. There are no refunds.

There are many friends and partners of DAMA COC. These people and organizations also promote information and data management through their activities.
